Meet your Clutter Free Coach

I absolutely LOVE working in disordered spaces!!  I actually get an “adrenaline rush” during consults because I can see your space for what it “could be” not just for “what it is”.

I am truly honored when people allow me into their homes and share their private spaces with me to help them get back on track and bring balance to their sacred space.  It can be an emotional rollercoaster going through items, some of which folks haven’t dealt with for years, even decades.

Free Consultation

Contact me today for a FREE 30 minute consultation.
You can meet me and see if we would work well together.
I can get a glimpse of your space to see if I can help you.
FREE 30 Minute meet-and-greet consultation to get started.
I offer a reasonable hourly rate. Organizing sessions are usually 2-4 hours (any more than that, in one sitting, we both get a little loopy!)
A flat rate gas fee for those jobs 25 miles from my home in Scarborough may be applied.  I can transport (reasonably sized) items for you to various locations for a small fee.

I would love to meet you and see your space.

I have been a successful small business owner since 2005. I started The Wild Weedin’ Woman that fall because I wanted a flexible schedule to be able to be home for my son.  Essentially “on a challenge” my husband thought I couldn’t find anyone who wanted their flower gardens weeded.

Well, “challenge accepted” I DID find clients and had a profitable business for 17 years!  I love working with flowers and helping folks identify a weed vs a flower (it’s all a matter of perspective). I was also able to bring a sense of “order” to overrun and neglected flower gardens and brought so much joy to people.

About 10 years ago I decided that since weeding gardens was strictly for the growing season I wanted to bring that same sense of order INTO people’s homes all year round. That’s when I started tackling people’s basements, garages, family rooms and kid’s rooms during the winter months.  Unfortunately after 17 years my knees just couldn’t handle the physical labor that weeding and landscaping caused so I decided that my skills would best be utilized in the home full time!

I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and a masters in teaching and learning.  I was an 8th grade teacher for 8 years and that, coupled with my 17 years of being a small business owner developing relationships with amazing people, the Clutter Free Coach was created!

I love hearing the stories about items and then challenging you to decide if it is an item to keep or pass along.  My goal is to keep your “eyes on the prize” on how best to create a space that works for you.  I have found that being the impartial go-between with family members, although a tenuous task, can be an extremely rewarding process in witnessing the transformation.

I work really well with the elderly especially if they transitioning from their childhood home into assisted living.  Family members can quickly become exhausted by the emotional juggling that occurs during this time. I am an objective source that can facilitate discussions between family members.

I also enjoy working with kids in their rooms and play areas as I have learned so much from how their minds work around their things.

Please reach out to me if any of this resonates with you. I would love to meet you and see if we might work well together.  I am a professional woman who is timely, emotionally attuned, budget savvy and most importantly LOVES to laugh!!  And let me tell you...there is a LOT to laugh about when organizing!!
